Our system was already used successfully on many fairs, e.g. on the Hannover Messe and the CeBit. Representative we would like to present you one of our projects in the following.

Example: At the "drupa 2004" Meeting Manager provided a databased both-, staff- and catering administration for the globally second largest manufacturer of printing systems.

The application of our system made operations at the booth more efficiently, quicker and easier for the booth crew and the service personnel.

On a booth of total 1.000 sqm, 32 data terminals for hostesses and over 2.800 of our customer's staff were administrated in a central database system.

Already in the run-up of the fair the staff had registered itself via a webbased registration system. In doing so they completed their individual profile e.g. language skills and departmenrs aswell as their presence days at the fair.

Features that are included in this browserbased information sytem are e.g.:

  • Presence registration at the booth via touchscreen terminals.
  • Message recordation and transmission to absent staff
  • A webbased reservation administration of conference rooms and ressources
  • Registration of catering guests via barcode scanners
  • Calendar for program information and many other features...

Additional to this over 8.000 of customer's business cards were scanned into the database system (Sales Leads) and 1.500 SMS messages were sent directly to staff through this application.

Several data were edited after the end of the fair and provided to the costumer in the required format.


Terminals for the Registration (Check In/Out) of the Staff

The Meeting Manager GmbH didn't only provide software solutiones. It also provided the required hardware and professional support personnel on site.

An optimal workflow aswell as an innovative infrastructure were established for the customer before as well as during the fair.
